Thank you for your interest in the Stakeholder meeting on the protection of Equidae that will take place in Brussels, Belgium on 19 June 2024 from 09:00 to 13:00 (Belgium’s time).

Registrations will be open until 20 May 2024 at noon (Belgium’s time).

With this registration form we would like to identify interested stakeholders on the welfare of Equidae (horses, donkeys and their hybrids). EFSA reserves the right to prioritise requests to ensure geographical balance and a fair representativeness and pertinence to the technical topics of all stakeholder groups in the audience. Please note that, to ensure a broad participation of stakeholders, EFSA will only accept one representative per organisation in the meeting.

Unless you have been invited by EFSA, your attendance will only be confirmed after the screening of incoming applications. You will receive written feedback about your application by email in due course after the closing date of public registration.

There is no fee for participation, however participants are required to cover expenses related to travel and accommodation.
