Lorena Pasquali is Consultant at the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA, Italy). Lorena graduated in International Business Management at the Catholic University of Sacro Cuore of Piacenza, after two years spent in France where she got a bachelor’s degree in economics at NEOMA Business School of Reims. Lorena has worked for several years in the private sector covering various roles in the commercial and marketing fields. Before joining EFSA, she has worked as Event & Project Manager in the Food & Beverage sector, coordinating several projects involving the main Italian food and retail companies. She is now working at EFSA where she coordinates events and provides support to projects within the Corporate Services Unit (CORSER).
