Dr. Davide Menozzi, Phd, is an Associate Professor at the University of Parma, in Agricultural Economics and Rural Appraisal. He has been involved in several national and EU research projects focusing on the economic analysis of food quality schemes with a supply chain perspective, the management implications of short food supply chains, the analysis of consumer behaviour and preferences, and the evaluation of the socio-economic sustainability of dietary behaviours. He is an active member in various scientific societies including the Italian Association of Agricultural and Applied Economists (AIEAA) and the European Association of Agricultural Economists (EAAE).
