Montaña Cámara is Professor of Food Science and Nutrition, at University Complutense of Madrid (UCM). Codirector of UCM Postgraduate Program on Food Safety. Research leader of ALIMNOVA UCM research team: Novel foods. Scientific, technological and social aspects. From 2017-21 was an active member of the Spanish Food Safety Agency Scientific Committee (AESAN 2017-2021) being President (2019-2021). Currently is co-Chair of the Study Group: Food, Bioactives and Human Health, at Real Colegio Complutense Harvard, RCCH.
